If you look closely at the bristles, they seem to be pointing in multiple directions and these photos were taken the day I bought the mascara, so they hadn’t been damaged with use and it was completely sealed when I bought it from Superdrug.

For application, I started out with the wand straight and gently stroked it through my lashes. It created some nice length and the formula was very lightweight on my lashes without being heavy or wet. After that initial application I proceeded to bend the wand and work it under my lash line to lift my lashes up and out. At this point I felt like the mascara excelled.
