The Krumiri recipe has never changed: the same ingredients as always, the same proportions as always. Torrone, or nougat if you prefer, is the traditional Italian Christmas sweet offered to family and friends. Turin is filled with a mixture of 16 th and 18 th century renaissance, baroque and neo classical architecture.
