Both Pear Drop and Raspberry have been with us since the beginning and continue to be firm favourites. So the question is, what's your Flavourite? We went from making 500 bottles a week in 2001 to around 4,000 bottles a week now.

To make our Fruit Salad flavour, we use 500 bars to make 150 bottles and finally to make our Glacier Mint Flavour (gone but not forgotten), we unwrap 4,363 mints to make 150 bottles. Our most iconic and one of our original flavours is Pear Drop, which uses real pear drop sweets. It takes 24kg to make 150 bottles! Did you know there are more than 3,000 varieties of pear? Some are edible, some are not. Many look like pears, some like apples. We like pears. So much that we made a flavour out of it. Pears are quite unusual in drinks, but unusually satisfying when mixing with Ginger Beer or Soda for instance. Here's to pears!
