We had several issues with our room keys, whereby on arrival we couldn't enter our room as the key didn't work. Several times during our stay we struggled to make to room key work. Perhaps they need to consider a more reliable system. A reduction by the Customer of the number of participants by no more than 5% shall be recognised by the Hotel in the billing. If the 5% limit is exceeded, the billing shall be based on the originally agreed number of participants less 5%. The Customer shall have the right to reduce the agreed price by the expense saved due to the smaller number of participants, the onus being on the Customer to provide evidence of the amount saved. The subletting or further letting of the hotel rooms, premises, areas or display cases and invitation to job interview or sales events and similar events shall be subject to the prior consent of the Hotel in text form. The Hotel’s liability when it is at fault, or the persons discharging obligations on its behalf are at fault – on whatever legal grounds, subject however to the provisions of subclause 2. – shall be limited to wilful intent and gross negligence.
