Please drink responsibly, be fully accountable with your alcohol consumption, and show others respect. The original Mai Tai calls for a blend of Curaçao liqueur, orgeat syrup, and lime juice with a dark rum float. For a spicy twist, infuse tequila with jalapeño slices or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the blender. Smooth: the addition of frozen mango chunks gives it a velvety texture, making it creamy and satisfying. Agave syrup: if you don’t have agave syrup, honey, maple syrup, or simple syrup work as good substitutes.

Mango - During mango season, use the best quality mangoes you can find. Make sure your mangoes are super fragrant (a good indication that they are perfectly ripe and very sweet). Kensington Pride mangoes have the right amount of sweet and sour for this margarita. Other great mango varieties you can use are Alphonso, Honey Gold, R2E2. If you can't find fresh, use frozen mangoes and adjust ice and chilled water as per my recipe notes. It’s icy, colorful, and has such a stunning blend of sweet fruity flavors. Plus, it’s not overly boozy, so you can have a few without getting too buzzed. Make it skinny by using fresh orange juice and a small amount of agave nectar instead of triple sec. It’s still full of botanical gin and zippy citrus. But it’s mellowed by the mango juice beautifully. It has been shown to be anti-carcinogenic, lower cholesterol, improve skin and eye health, normalize insulin levels, improve digestion and boost the immune system. Whether you choose to eat it or drink it, mango is a superfood!Between the striking burgundy red and the icy white on top, this cherry and mango mojito looks every bit as good as it tastes. And while a lot of them feature rum (rum and mango is a dream, after all), I’ve got plenty of boozy drinks here I know you’ll love. This 1800 Ultimate Mango margarita copycat recipe is one of my favorite go-to margarita recipes. What makes it so easy is the use of Mango kombucha or your favorite mango fruit juice. This is definitely a mix between a mango margarita recipe and a mango Paloma recipe. It is the perfect balance of mango and tequila. HOW DO YOU CUT A MANGO Frozen mango, of course! I’m obsessed with Champagne or Ataulfo mangoes (pictured above) because they have a really sweet flavor and creamy texture. I like to buy these fresh mangoes at the store and peel, dice, and freeze them myself. If that sounds like a hassle, though, don’t worry. Store bought frozen mango chunks work here too. Next you divide it into four glasses and pour over ice, and top with your mango juice. Add a cherry and an umbrella for some finishing touches, and enjoy!

You can easily turn this into a virgin margarita by swapping the tequila for mango nectar or mango juice and the triple sec for orange juice.I enjoyed this; however, I used frozen mango chunks from Costco. Would you have weight recommendations for using frozen vs fresh? Use different fruits: don’t limit yourself to just mangoes! You can use any fruit you have on hand or that’s in season. Peaches, melon, watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries are all great options. Just make sure to add them frozen so the drink maintains its slushy consistency. Add the frozen mango, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth. Then, add the ice, and blend again until the mixture is smooth and frosty. Taste, and adjust the balance if necessary. Finally, enjoy! The recipe is easy to create with just five simple ingredients: frozen mango chunks, freshly squeezed lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and a touch of agave syrup.

As for the booze, you’ll need white wine and vodka (or your go-to light spirit). I recommend dry white wine since the fruit is so sweet, but you do you!But I’ve also got tacos on the brain. So maybe I’ll whip up my Shrimp Tacos, Grilled Fish Tacos, or Pulled Pork Street Tacos. Tough decisions, I know. But whichever taco recipe I choose, they’ll be served up with my best ever guacamole recipe.
