The book also includes workshops on making different types of pastry, handling chocolate, cooking jam and everything else that you need to know about pastry, patisserie and baking. This is not a review but more of a recommendation for the foodie's out there who have a sweet tooth, and a huge deviation from the normal books I comment on - but just this once and because I was looking for a standout dessert for Valentines. How sweet 😁 Ingredients: rapeseed oil; wholegrain spelt flour; bananas; unrefined sugar; eggs; oat flakes; ground cinnamon It covers the techniques that are easy to follow, the only criticism would be that you need a few utensils and a range of ingredients if you want to bake extensively - but that is the same for any good cookbook
