All 4 of these quests have objectives in Shadowmoon Valley, at the Isle of Shadows. This little island is located at coordinates (39, 81) and is south west of Socrethar's Rise. I recommend looting the toy (if it drops) first, because some players report issues with looting more than one item off Arachnis. It should have been fixed, but better safe than sorry. This decoration places Spiritseer Ikalyi in your garrison, along with some Ghastly Guest NPCs that float around.

The decorations are account bound, and can be sent to your other characters. As such, you can do the dailies on 4 alts and have all 5 decorations on your main on a single day! Step 4: Head to Arachnis' spawn location, which will vary by faction (both listed are for level 3 garrisons): Comment by JayYoungThe decorations of the 5 items Ghoulish Guises Hallow's Glow Seer's Invitation Witch's Brew Creepy Crawlers exist even Hallow's End passed NOW(Asia). I don't know how long the decorations will last. The Dread Fertilizer are stationary kegs with roughly 900 health each - they can be one shot by most abilities. Each character can buy 1 decoration per day, as the four dailies provide a total of 5 Spooky Supplies per day. You have chance to loot from Arachnis in your garrison only once daily. Its location is (72.84,36.15) of 3 level garrison, around outside the mine cave. You can speak to Izzy Hollyfizzle and select "The party's over. Get rid of these decorations, Izzy." to remove the decorations. Use Creepy Crawlers bought from your garrison holiday NPC Izzy Hollyfizzle, costs 5 Spooky Supplies. You do not need to kill him in your own garrison. You may visit another player's garrison with Creepy Crawlers active to kill him, and you can loot him with Free-for-all loot active.

Site Customisation

If you have cancelled the garrison decoration as above, speaking to Izzy again and selecting "Make my garrison ready for a Hallow's Eve party." will reapply the decorations. Note: Decorations do not disappear when corresponding holiday event is over (ie. still spiders after Hallow's End).
