Clever story and FUN! Since my own dog is of similar character and a speed demon himself one could easily exchange his name for Streaker. Language activities based around the book. I read chapter to class, then we discuss characters, language, what happens next etc. Covers listening, talking and language skills. This book is absolutely awful and I’d recommend everyone avoids it. I would have given it zero stars and that would have still been too many. At the end of Chapter Nine, Sergeant Smugg threatens to have Streaker put down. Write a persuasive letter to him that encourages him to change his mind.
