For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal grooming products, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned. Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Mr Toys is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.

Little stylists can take the included scrunchies to the next level by using the spinner to create custom tie-dye styles! Place the scrunchie along with the dye colors into the spinner and spin; the sphere rotates on the base to create dye patterns on the pieces! They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays. Mr Toys may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Items that are not available in store will take 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to be delivered to your nominated store.
