A decade and many more flavours later Little Doone has grown to fill a small production unit, supplying foodies across the UK and even a few around the world with delicious balsamic oil made with care. For salads, we recommend a drizzle of original with a drizzle of your favourite oil, either a fine olive oil or a beautiful rapeseed oil. Dress to impress! This is Colin Hanna's favourite with its big, full fruit flavours. The list of foods that work with this flavour is endless, but you must try it with brie, camembert, grilled goats cheese and feta. It's also superb with rich meats and pates. A wee drop through a stew can add a lovely depth to the taste.
