The categorization of major bosses in enemy randomizer is slightly different from the categorization in item randomizer. Some additional major bosses are added in enemy randomizer, like Fia's Champions, Fortissax, Gideon. Elemer of the Briar is a major boss in item randomizer, because he has an achievement, but is downgraded to a minor boss in enemy randomizer because room very small.
