Henn packs a lot of emotion into this chapter, we really feel for the characters as they tiptoe around the museum trying to avoid the grumpy museum man, and then there’s poor Lydia. This might get a little giggle from some very little kids but it isn't that exciting, the characters don't grow and change that much so it doesn't stay with you, in your heart. There was just the right amount of choice to suit everyone without being overwhelming and I received comments from parents and staff about the quality of books offered compared to previous sales which have always been based around current crazes and well known celebrity authors. Bad Nana decided to take actions against the rules by using something in her purse while Jeanie and Jack kept a lookout for the park keeper. Can Anisha Mistry find out who sabotaged her science experiment and flooded the school with foam when all the potential suspects have alibis?Jeanie is seven-and three-quarters years old and lives with her mum and dad and annoying little brother; she also has three nanas, the best one being Bad Nana. She is an eccentric character who loves dressing in all black and glitzy earrings and has a fond addictive love of sherbet lemon sweets. In all of these stories, Bad Nana stands up for those who need it, adds much-needed humor and delight into the day, and is just generally amusing.
