Description

Commander Cody will not be coming to Legion alone. In the ‘Commander Cody’ box will come three miniatures. The two companions that come with Cody are Waxer and Boil. These two unique personal upgrades add more possibilities to your Clone Armies. Let’s start off by saying that we should remind ourselves this was at a Comic Con where interests are even broader than most of your big generic gaming cons. Therefore, most of the presentation was geared towards non-Legion players, which makes total sense. We certainly do hope it helps the game grow, but I can report that there was no additional discussion on anything related to Cody such as his command cards or the releases going out alongside him. There was a Q and A session where the following 2 questions were asked. Please note that the below is paraphrased second-hand so take it with a grain of salt. The helmet design gets a lot of things right, and I especially love the use of negative space for the eyes and face, followed by the layered plates for the harder angles to get that Clone look just right. Battle tested and ready for any assignment, ARC Troopers are the best of the best. Enhance your armies with these elite troops when they're released later this year! But ARC Troopers can contribute more to your army than just their skill with specialized weaponry. Each ARC Trooper is an example to the troops around them and this expansion includes two exceptional ARC Troopers who can either fight alongside their fellow ARC Troopers or bolster one of the Republic’s corps units. Beyond boosting the combat effectiveness of his unit,

LEGO will continue to add to the Helmet Collection, as these are fairly collectable, and LEGO Star Wars fans seem to generally like buying them, and with such a vast library, you can be assured that there’s many more helmets to come, so unless you want to, don’t treat it like an obligation to collect every single one, and instead just pic up the ones you like. One of the Galactic Republic's most dependable Clone Commanders comes to Star Wars: Legion in this new Commander Expansion! Jump 1 to get change heavy cover to open in certain situations, which is usually better than an aim action Dear AMG: If you have art for the shot above with the title “When have I ever let you down?” then I will love you, and also hate you, forever Bonus: Clone personnel?!

At 67 points a Boil-only Phase 1 would be the cheapest permanent guardian in the game, and while it’s one fewer guardian value and 3 fewer health than a naked IRG this unit would have more access to surges via Aggressive Tactics or Bolster (it would likely not be able to share other clone’s surge tokens when doing guardian rolls based on the way the rules are currently written) and it would be able to do something other than act as a sponge since it can take aims and dodges its friends can use. Things are looking up for the Galactic Republic! Although the Jedi may be the highest-ranking members of the Grand Army of the Republic, it is the clones that most often carry out battle plans and complete the Republic’s objectives. With the ranks of Jedi perilously thin, Clone Commanders often have to step up and lead from the trenches.

Here’s both helmets on display together. It’s a great thing that LEGO is finally throwing their weight and celebrating 20 years of Clone Wars, giving Prequel fans exactly what they want – more Prequel sets! Thanks for reading this review of both the 75349 Captain Rex and 75350 Clone Commander Cody helmets. The galaxy is full of rogues and mercenaries willing to perform dangerous tasks for the highest bidder. There is no better example of this than the numerous Swoop Bike gangs of the Outer Rim. Learn In the furor around Adepticon and Worlds, AMG finally showed off all of Commander Cody’s cards and they are quite interesting. Today we’re going to take a look at all the cards that will come in the upcoming Commander Cody release. The Other Guys – Waxer & Boil Star Wars: Legion invites you to enter the ground battles of the Galactic Civil War as the commander of a unique army of miniatures filled with troopers, powerful ground or repulsor vehicles, and iconic characters like Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker. While innovative mechanics for command and control simulate the fog of war and the chaos of battle, the game's unpainted, easily assembled minis give you a canvas to create the Star Wars army you've always wanted to lead into battle—whether you fight for the monolithic, oppressive Galactic Empire or the ragtag Rebel Alliance. A Detailed Look at Clone Commander Cody

While the compiled and complete Core Rules create the foundation for the exciting future to come, they are no longer the only way players can wage battle in a galaxy far, far away. In today’s transmission we are excited to reveal a brand new Game Mode for Legion called Special Operations. Learn LEGO really nailed Commander Cody’s helmet design, and this one is my favourite of the two. For starters, I really like the white and orange colour scheme, as it translates incredibly well here. Big asterisk on this card though…. It does nothing against Dark Troopers. 2-Pip: Have I Ever Let You Down? Before we get to the pure conjecture I want to take an aside to say that this guy is really promising as a fire support platform for several reasons:Whether they use these tools to skirt an enemy’s flank or wade straight into the action, ARC Troopers have the training to deal with any situation. A healthy dose of Both Fives and Echo have an additional wounds statistic that they use instead of the wounds statistic of the unit they are attatched to. Fierce and protective, the Ewoks found themselves at the center of a conflict between the Galactic Empire and the Rebellion. Learn Surge to crit: Good to have in this here faction, see below for my “Fun with Fire Support” examples
