This Pikachu was a promo given to those attending the Pokémon League for Evolutions Season One. It’s a reprint of an old Wizards of the Coast era card but now features a Pokémon League stamp on it. When Pikachu meet, they’ll touch their tails together and exchange electricity through them as a form of greeting.
