The title is correct, this is not a Diet Book. I learnt absolutely zero about how to do better and get fitter. There was one thing that he started to talk about, about how diets are more in our heads and we need to fix our mindsets... and I was like finally he is going to teach me something. Then that's was it. That's literally all he said. Other than a few more other minor details I disagreed with I think it was a very great, simple way to explain calorie deficits, macronutrients, etc!
