In 1965, Baxter Finley relocated to California after working in a corporate job. Once he arrived, he realized that the West Coast air was definitely affecting his skin health. When searching for products, the market gap for targeted men’s skincare became apparent to him. I was first introduced to this product by a barber at a barbershop on West Hollywood (Thanks, Jacinto). I have tried a LOT of pomades and this one doesn't feel cakey or waxey and has a more natural feel with great hold. My hair remains soft and not at all "crunchy or spikey." (When I want that look, I use a different product). What I also like is that a little bit of this cream pomade goes a LONG way, so I would suggest starting with an amount about the size of a garbanzo bean, smooth out between your palm and outwards towards your fingers and then run your fingers through your hair. (That's how I do it, anyway, lol). I definitely recommend this for that natural look and feel.
