So far I have setup 6 of these for friends and family in a rural Northern California area. These people were either on Hughesnet satellite, bridged Network’s or at the end of DSL lines where max speeds were 3m down and 256k up and streaming Netflix was impossible. Everyone is ecstatic with this device and constantly tell me how happy they are with this setup. We also recommend doing a walk test of the location to find the strongest cellular signal, which will generally result in best performance. Another method is to use your smartphone as a guide - wherever you tend you have the best cellular performance (i.e., voice quality and/or data service), your NETGEAR mobile router will often also work best in those locations.
