Before describing Gucci Guilty Absolute for women, I will digress just for a second and assert that I love rose fragrances, especially the ones that contain Bulgarian rose. My favourite rose fragrance is MFK Oud Silk Mood Extrait, and I measure all other releases in terms of how close they come to this epitome of perfection. Gucci Guilty Absolute is a dark, mysterious, and bold fragrance that would be more suited as a niche fragrance rather than a designer release which ultimately ended in discontinuation. Absolutely fantastic, It´s like a younger and more casual version of TF ombre leather, smokier and woodier than the TF, a perfect autumn fragance, you can perfectly wear this with a pair of jeans and a white T-shirt, or dress it up with a nice suit. Gucci Guilty Pour Homme Eau de Parfum – an floral spicy fragrance released in 2020. The main notes include rose, balsamic vinegar, and red chili pepper. The lasting power is 6 – 8 hours with moderate projection.

it opens with a bold rose/ berry combo, and while you worry of it being a sweet cloying vanilla afterwards, it ends completelly fresh, chic and almost masculine , with a woody/ patchouli combo. i love it, so far.. I bought a bottle of this today after extensive testing. I admit, I am a bit of a niche snob (sorry!), but credit where it's due.... Notes are pretty close to what I experienced yet they come in and out throughout it's time on the skin.

I like density of this juice, however I had to be in the mood to wearing it. Cruzing the city in the night, driving your (almost) youngtimer BMW/custom bobber motorcycle - both older than your new gf? Sign me in! I owned both Guilty and Guilty Intense in past. To be honest I kinda expected something more different, but this one carries too similar Guilty DNA to previous versions. In the terms of longevity, this fragrance lasts around 6 – 8 hours on colder days with rather average and restrained sillage and projection. First tested this one in 2018 and finally got a bottle in 2021. Even after all these years of knowing and testing this fragrance, it's still hard to describe this one. I know two things: I love it and it's beast mode. As the fragrance dries down, Absolute moves into being a woody, earthy, musky, sappy, and even cozy fragrance. The woody characteristics are more intensified, more evident with smoky nuances.The antiseptic, and band-aid-like scent profile is here as well but is better experienced when smelled rather than reading or hearing about it. Upon the first spray, do not go to the bathroom and immediately wash off the fragrance. This is art, and this is how the fragrance industry goes forward in a new direction. As the fragrance slowly transitions into the heart notes, the fragrance starts to get more natural, with touches of sweet accords reminding more of pine and cypress tree sap.

I'm personally a HUGE fan of this fragrance, except for one issue - It doesn't last or smell particularly on me. From the first spray I was very sure that it wasn’t deserving of all the hype. It’s not horrible, but it’s definitely an acquired taste. The leather opening is harsh and industrial. Seemingly sorta synthetic. That’s what threw me. Guilty Pour Homme EDP was one of the first full bottles I bought when I started my journey. I adore it. From opening to dry down it’s perfection to me. Alberto Morillas increased my hopes for this fragrance. Old Gucci fragrances are the best, but the new ones are the worst. I hope this is a return to the past. Honestly this one may even beat Shuhrah Pour Homme Rasasi in brute strength. I love the high class leather smell here, but I felt like “the cologne guy” all day, lol. I just don’t see how in the world anybody can vote this as “moderate” strength. You guys are crazy. By Kilian Dark Lord – a leather woody fragrance released in 2018. The main notes include leather, vetiver, and rum. The lasting power is 24+ hours with great projection.Yes, it is distinct from the plethora of perfumes on the market, which appear to be so similar in their "bluishness" and marine notes. GGA, the "masculine king" is one that vexes me! I bought and sold and re-bought and sold it. To me GGA is a interesting modern minimalistic masterpiece. I won't waste time describing it, others have done it a 1000 times over and chances are you have probably smelled it by now. I don't own it and don't think I will again, but if I happen to smell it in a shop it still feels interesting to me, why? I think it is because this might be the iconic masculine frag of our time. Think about it, these days, no one mainstream and not many niche houses go for a minimalistic masculine exclusive smell and release. It is almost deliciously ironic that this is released by Gucci (who these days is all about mass appeal and cross-gender releases both in clothing and fragrances) and perfumed by Alberto Morillas of all people, the titan of mass appeal!

The atomizer shoots narrow and far. Overall, I quite like the presentation, and for a designer release, it stands out from most of the fragrances found in my fragrance collection. My Experience With Perfume It is a “strong” perfume, yes. Is it headache-inducing like “pleasures”, “anais anais”, “gucci bloom”? NO! (opinion coming from a woman who loves fresh fragrances!) as a man, i really love this perfume used by women. perfect scent for perfect women. mature, smart, easy going, cheerful, seductive, sexy. i know, its complex right? yea, that is what i smell. i can have all types of women. Imagine a wise, sophisticated yet rugged man who's worked his way through life, is known for his experience and calm demeanor, treats everyone respectfully yet does not hesitate to roll up his sleeves and get into the dirt to fix something. He doesn't care for mass appeal and has his trusted network, family and friends.This perfume smells nothing like the other Gucci Guilty flankers. Those are generally aromatic; this is leather and patchouli.
