While a great feature, the touchscreen tends to get covered in fingerprints and may not be suitable for everyone. The recipe book that comes with the Cosori 5.5L has more recipes than other brands supply, but it caters more for an American audience than a UK one. The recipes are still usable and can be a great starting point. With a time range of 1 – 60 minutes and an automatic shutoff feature, you can set it and forget it, confident that your meals will be perfectly cooked and safe. The unique shake reminder is another thoughtful feature, ensuring that your food is evenly cooked every time. For those of you whose basket keeps pooping out of the fryer, make absolute sure that you've given the basket a good firm push into the oven. The oven wakes up just before that and I think that people think that the basket is fully engaged. It's not! The other thing.. it has been really hot weather wise and the Cosori Air Fryer is not a radiant heat producer.
