Now that everyone is spending a bit more time at home, it’s nice to be able to grab a new game off the shelf to entertain the kids. Everyone gets tired of playing with the same toys all the time. Large items (delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture) can be returned using our Home Collection service. Points are earned by successfully completing challenges and the first player to earn five points is the winner. As both my children get older, I find that they tend to spend more time playing with video games such as the Nintendo Switch or games on the tablet compared to traditional board gamesor card games. So as parents we try our best to encourage them to play non-gaming games when we can.

But to play you also need a few extra household items. These are: 3 cardboard rolls (such as loo roll inners), a pen with a lid, paper, some water, a teaspoon, 2 plastic beakers and a bowl. How Do You Play The Upside Down Challenge? Contains 100+ drawing and activity challenges and easy-to-understand instructions so you can start playing right away. The game is said to be suitable for children from 7 years upwards, but we played with two 6 year olds who certainly had no problem understanding how to play. And we all found it hilarious! I particularly love the fact that there are different levels for different ages, meaning that everyone can play together and it is fair!

Who is this Game for?

Long term quality - Ravensburger has been making products for the hand, head, and heart for over 130 years. I think it’s good to have a game that you don’t need to take too seriously and can create laughter. Sometimes we need to be a bit silly Reply

I love the variety – the fact it has both drawing and action, along with the overall silliness of the upside down concept. A winner for the whole family! Reply The cards can become a little repetitive after a few plays, but of course, you can make up your own challenges once you get the hang of it to extend the fun even further. The game was perfect for my family of four, as my son is 8-years-old while my daughter is 11-years-old. I found that my children were old enough to sit by themselves, read the instructions and play together and we adults could join them as well if we wanted to . Like I said, I laughed so hard I was crying – which made it even harder to see what I was doing. The kids loved completing the challenges but they also loved seeing their mum and dad making fools of themselves – it was just too funny! The Upside Down Challenge board game ranks in the category of action and skill games for 2 to 6 players. It brings together children from 7 years old, teenagers and adults around the same activity without anyone getting bored . The challenges to be met are simple and yet age is not necessarily an asset to help you better meet them. Everyone needs to be imaginative and confident to win. A good dose of concentration, adaptation and wit is welcome. Its two main strengths are the optical effect of reverse vision and its entertaining aspect. As it does not require any particular culture, it remains accessible to all. However, its contents should be kept away from children under 3 years old, as some small objects may present a risk of suffocation. What Comes in the Box? You get 40 seconds (two turns of the sand timer) to draw your picture. If someone guesses the picture you each get a token. Unwind and destress with the Upside Down Challenge Game. These challenges seem really easy…until you put the goggles on. Then it’s not so easy.

Have Loads of Laughs with the Upside Down Challenge Game

The principle of the game is really quirky. Take your turn to complete a challenge indicated on a card wearing the pair of glasses included in the box. What is its particularity? It makes you see the world upside down, as if you were upside down. Imagine drawing a sheep or filling a glass with water. All sounds easy, but it's not so simple when all your benchmarks are upset. Lots of fun is guaranteed! Who is this Game for?

They are very easy and simple challenges. Draw and item of your choice, write the word TOP, draw 4 dots on the paper and then connect the dots, draw a car or take the marker and put the cap on the marker, write your name, give a high 5, etc. Some of them have time allotments and others do not. The challenges seem really easy…until you put the goggles on. Then it’s not so easy. But it's sooooo much fun! You'll wonder why someone didn't think of this sooner! It's like your brain doesn't know what to do. 😂

A Truly Fun Party Game

The goggles are such a hit in my house as my son wanted to keep them all day long as he enjoyed seeing everything upside down which made things comical as he would bump into things or just wobble about as he walked around.
