Officer Panchex (voiced by Brian Doyle-Murray) is a fish policeman who helped Buzz Lightyear fight Minister Gularis. From its color to its shape and dimensions, Lego has done a great job of recreating the XL-15 spaceship based on its appearance from the Lightyear movie. Looking at other toys based on the ship, the Lego Disney Lightyear XL-15 Spaceship is amongst the most accurate, managing to get in almost every detail in a reasonably small space. Woody looks over to see that Buzz has disappeared. Suddenly the milk-crate he's in begins to shake. He notices Buzz trying to push the toolbox off] YOU - ARE - A... *TOY*! You aren't the real Buzz Lightyear, you're... you're, you're an action figure! While they are pinned down by Zurg's Hornets while protecting Professor Reddshift (voiced by Robert Picardo), to help boost Reddshift's confidence that Buzz will save them in time, Mira, Booster, and XR tell him the stories of when each of them first met Buzz; this inspires Reddshift to help Lightyear in a massive robot battle between Buzz and Zurg.

While searching for a spy, Mira, Booster and XR also have to keep Buzz from learning secrets they are keeping from him. In the animated film Toy Story 4, Buzz plays a significantly smaller role since the film is centered on Woody, Bo, and a host of new characters. He still acts as Woody's moral support, and tries to comfort Woody when he begins to sense Bonnie is no longer interested in Woody. Buzz also learns about the " inner voice", but mistakenly believes the term refers to his button-activated voice box and catchphrases. He spends much of the film using said voice box to guide him as to what he must do next. pushes Buzz' round red button and opens his visor. Buzz chokes the "Toxic Air" around him. Warp often takes on assignments for Zurg and is paid quite handsomely. (He owns a moon and a summer home.) Though Buzz has vowed to bring him in for treason, he retains some hope that there is still some good in him.

Zurg accidentally opens a portal to an alternate universe and unleashes an evil, tyrannical Buzz Lightyear onto his world. Now with the evil Buzz in his dimension, the heroic Buzz must fend off the doppelgangers of his friends who want to see Buzz Lightyear destroyed while his team must find a way to survive the new rise of evil. In the episode "42" Buzz admits to Booster that he didn't lie to Commander Nebula by stating that he only told a cover story Right now, poised at the edge of the galaxy, Emperor Zurg has been secretly building a weapon with the destructive capacity to annihilate an entire planet! I alone have information that reveals this weapon's only weakness. And *you*, my friend, are responsible for delaying my rendezvous with Star Command! The Grubs (both voiced by Frank Welker) are Zurg's equivalents to the LGMs of Star Command (though far less competent). They perform mechanical and technical duties. The Grubs work for Zurg against their will and also desire freedom, but many of them are simply too afraid to try to defect.
