The wraps are thin and have gluten in themand that makes them easy to work with. Dust your fingers with the coating mixture and take each piece of dough, one at a time, and dip it into the coating mixture and place it on the baking sheet. They don’t need to be in the shape of a roll but try to keep in the air that is inside the dough. Mix the fat and flour in a mixing bowl then stir in the sugar salt and yeast.
