I mean, you are right, the Jaya has beautiful finishing, padded, comfy materials - a thing Maxi-Cosi is known for. Apart from that, though, the seat is VERY very slanted and much shorter than the BJs. That means usability with a smaller child, mostly, and I think a larger seat is a little better choice.
