If you want all of the weight loss accessories such as the portioned plate, 7-day plan, access to the LEAN app, and portion-controlled cups, then the Lean is a good choice. Otherwise, you're just getting a bunch of accessories you don't really need. You may as well get the RX instead, as you're getting more power, and the option of heating soups and sauces as well as making smoothies. Nutribullet Rx Vs. Nutribullet Prime For more on choosing the right blender, see our full guide to how to buy the best blender. Jug blenders, juicers, and soup makers

The Nutribullet 1200 Series is a more premium version of the 1000 series, with a more powerful 1,200W motor and an extra blending cup with a handle. It's a heavy blender, weighing almost 4kg, and it's tall, too: 47cm when the biggest blending cup is in position. It's cumbersome to move around, so you'll probably want to make room for it on your kitchen worktop. The extra accessories mean you'll need some spare cupboard space, too. The Ultima is pretty good, but since it's discontinued you'll have to get a refurbished one, if at all. If you need a pitcher as well as bullet cups, take another look at the Ninja Mega Kitchen System. Nutribullet Rx Vs. Nutri Ninja Auto iQFirst of all, the Nutribullet RX has a heating function for soups and sauces. You load the "souperblast" pitcher with your ingredients, screw it onto the base, and press the "g" button until it turns red. The 7-minute cycle will begin, blending and heating the soup, before automatically turning off. The Vitamix 5300 is a comprehensive pitcher blender, whereas the RX is a bullet blender with cups as opposed to a large pitcher The popularity of mini blenders such as the Nutribullet has boomed over the past decade, but they won't be the best option for everyone. It's worth considering your needs before you buy, for example how much you want to make in one go, and whether you just want to make simple smoothies, or more elaborate creations. They are blenders. Blenders liquidise all of the fruit and vegetables, including the inner layers and outer skin. This means you'll be able to consume the nutrients from all parts of the food, as well as getting the benefits of the pulp and fibre.

Also note: when it comes to hot soups made with the Nutribullet RX, some nutrients may be lost. Enzymes which are heated to a certain point are destroyed. (This is why masticating juicers are more popular than centrifugal juicers when it comes to nutrients, as they don't heat the produce... but that's a totally different tangent). What Do You Get With the Nutribullet Rx? This is the original Nutribullet. It's more powerful and is capable of pulverising more weighty ingredients like cheese. It features a 600-watt motor, one 24-ounce tall blending cup with a lip ring, one extractor blade, one 18-ounce short blending cup, and one lip ring. Nutribullet Pro If you need a personal blender, pitcher blender, and a food processor all with one base, then the Mega Kitchen System could be great for you. If you need a bullet blender for smoothies and the occasional soup, and you've already got a food processor, then the RX would be better. Nutribullet Rx Vs. Ninja Pro 900The Balance offers Bluetooth connectivity and a built-in scale so you can set goals and customise blends from your device. It features a 1200-watt motor with a smart nutrition sensor, one extractor blade, one 32-ounce blending cup, one flip to-go lid, and one lip ring. Nutribullet Rx Nutribullet Rx The rubber gasket can come out: by far, the most common complaint, as we learned earlier. Many people have found that the rubber gasket pops out of the housing, and sometimes even finds it's way into the blades. Others are adamant that this is completely avoidable if the blade remover is used to remove the blades. Nutribullets are essentially blenders – they blend foods such as fruit, vegetables, seeds and nuts into liquids or pastes. The short answer would be: they both blend foods very thoroughly, and the difference between nutrient absorption is most likely pretty minimal if any.

Step 1: Unbox Your nutribullet

It doesn't have a heating mechanism per se, the heat comes from the speed and duration of the spinning blades.

The Nutribullet RX is the most powerful model, plus it has a heating element so you can cook soup in under seven minutes. It features a 1700-watt motor, one extractor blade with cleaning brush, one 32-ounce short blending cup with a lip ring, one pitcher with a vented lid, one 64-ounce blending cup with a pitcher lid, a "Nature’s Prescription Book", and an additional lid. Nutribullet Blender Nutribullet Blender No, they are not juicers. The job of a juicer is to extract the liquid from fruits and vegetables, leaving the pulp behind. It's pretty loud, as you might expect from such a high-powered blender. There are blender covers on the market, designed to muffle super-loud blenders. How Do You Clean It?Most Nutribullets work with two different blades: one for blending and one for milling. The blending blade, which Nutribullet calls the extractor blade, has four prongs. The milling blade has just two, which are flatter in design. Unlike traditional blenders, Nutribullets have bullet-shaped blending cups instead of jugs. You fill the cup, screw on the blade unit and flip it on to the base to blend. Most models come with sports lids that allow you to store and transport a single-portion smoothie. If your motor base needs cleaning, use a cloth to wipe it off but remember to first unplug your Bullet. If it needs a more thorough cleaning, use warm soapy water and a toothbrush to scrub inside. Wipe it clean and allow it to air dry before using again. The 34oz/1-liter pitcher has a vented lid that allows steam to escape when making soup, and it’s used just as you would a full-sized blender pitcher. The 45oz/ 1.3-liter oversized cup comes with a lid to seal in the contents after blending, while also making pouring mess-free. Despite being the smallest of the three, the short cup still offers a decent 30oz/350ml capacity. One the contents are blended, you can attach a lip ring for more comfortable drinking, or a screw-on lid; but we’d have preferred a to-go lid of the type you get with other Nutribullet cups.
