We would recommend between 4mm and 10mm diameter for the best bond. But you can use stones up to 15mm and still achieve good results. Even larger stones can be bonded if clean and angular, but we wouldn't recommend for any foot traffic. Sloping terrain: If you have a garden on a slope, you know how challenging it can be to keep mulch in place. Mulch glue is the perfect solution for this problem, as it can hold mulch in place even on steep inclines. If you’re a gardener, you know that mulch can make or break a garden. Mulch is an essential part of your garden’s health, and it’s important to make sure that it’s in the right place and secured so it won’t blow away or be washed away in the rain. That’s where mulch glue comes in. Mulch glue is an adhesive specifically designed to hold mulch in place and provide a secure bond so that it won’t move around.

Like many things in life, it’s all about moderation and proper use. When used appropriately, mulch glue can be a vital tool in your gardening toolkit, saving you time, money, and mulch-related headaches. trees for your “run-away” mulch! BRUSHLESS MOTOR TECHNOLOGY: 2X more torque. Provides more power, longer runtimes, quiet operation, and extended motor life Weed suppression & soil erosion prevention - one of the primary advantages of using bark chippings is their ability to suppress weed growth. when spread as a mulch layer, they create a barrier that inhibits weed germination and growth, reducing the need for weed control measures. bark chippings are effective at preventing soil erosion on sloped landscapes by stabilizing... Some purists may argue against using mulch glue, citing concerns about its impact on the soil’s natural processes and potential harm to beneficial insects. Superior mulch binder: our landscape glue powerfully holds mulch, wood chips, shells, sand, pine straw, pebbles, hay and straw, gravel, and leaf piles in place. it improves the organic layer's resistance to erosion and displacement by wind and rain. The longer Easihold is left to dry, the better. Ideally Easihold would have 48 hours of good weather to dry in - that will give you the optimal result.

I’ll keep you posted on how this lasts over time. Again, it said it should be good for about one year, so we will see if that is true!Easihold is a water based, non-harmful, easy-to-use binder that leaves stones permeable, with a protective sheen. Many professional installers prefer to use a sprayer to ensure more even coverage. It’s not critical – perfectly acceptable results can be achieved using the watering can, but a sprayer offers a slightly greater degree of control. Sometimes pouring and spraying can risk splashing your paving, or surrounding areas. In these circumstances you can mix Easihold with your stones until they’re evenly coated – usually 0.8 L to 1L of Easihold is enough for 1x 25kg bag of stones and 1x5 Litre can cover 6m² using hand-mix (6x bags of 25kg stones @20mm depth). The mixing method leaves the strongest finish - guaranteeing the stones are evenly coated throughout. Setting time refers to how long it takes for the glue to dry after being applied before attaining its final strength and bonding characteristics. Some glues have shorter setting times than others, so it is important to choose one with a suitable setting time depending on your project needs and timeline requirements. Ease of application Easihold is effective down to a maximum depth of 25mm. 20mm depth is generally the best depth for stones when treated with Easihold.
