They were hand-picked and trained by Flatley himself and have starred in the West End and UK touring shows of Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games.

You can’t help but have a big smile on your face when the full ensemble cast fill the width of the stage at St David’s Hall and with their legs kicking and tapping in perfect sync. With all the visceral precision and thrills of the original, Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games features new staging, new costumes and mesmerising new choreography. The show’s best section and what will always be their most iconic is the ‘Lord of the Dance’, and the skill of the cast is amazing in which they gave four Encores at the end of the show of that very dance which was met with a standing ovation from the whole audience at St David’s Hall.

Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games showcases exciting and ground-breaking new technology, world champion acrobats and the greatest team of Irish Dancers the world has seen. They all managed to hold attention of the audience due to their frequent costume changes and the cleaver projections that portrayed Ireland as an Idyllic place filled with Unicorns and rainbows. Nadine Coyle will reprise the role of Erin the Goddess in Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games at the Dominion Theatre, London for 10 performances only from 13 to 21 March.

The perfectly balanced ensemble of male and female dancers help to give depth to the story and in the dance sequences when they are all in a line and coordinated it really is something to admire. The plot follows a little Spirit with a magic flute who battles against evil to save Ireland from being taken over by evil cyborgs. Michael Flatley, who has recently retired from UK performances, is excited to hand over the reins to such talented performers. Recorded at the London Palladium theatre in 2014, the show features a new musical score composed by Gerard Fahy and some of the world's most talented dancers including James Keegan, Mathew Smith and Alice Upcott.

All of the stops are pulled out in this Irish Dancing Extravaganza with dancing that is simply mesmerising.

He took a genre of ethnic-pride competitions and small spaces (Irish dance lore is full of stories of dancing on doors taken down off their hinges or even on plates), and he blew it up and gave it mass appeal. The tour is one of the biggest the UK has ever had and has currently been seen by 60 million people in 60 different countries on every continent.First came “ Riverdance,” followed by the original “Lord of the Dance,” productions that conquered the world and sold out stadiums. I have been looking forward to watching this show for a long time and being a tap dancer myself can appreciate the hard work and effort that goes into this form of dancing.
