Our Stainless 304 Exhaust Flexi are different to others, simply because our flexibles are 100% stainless steel. What you will find with some suppliers is that the flexi itself is stainless but the ends are mild steel, which as a result with only rust away eventually. This wider pipe (70mm inside diameter) is more suited for household rainwater guttering fitting comfortably over 68mm pipes. NB This pipe is too large to fit the Hall's Rainsaver Gutter Kit outlet - please look at the Flexible Downpipe with Clamp for that version. Do I need to replace the entire section?’ The answer is no, so long as you are able to weld in situa (being able to weld or clamp the flexi whilst it’s on the vehicle) or are able to remove the factory exhaust section off the vehicle to be able to carry the work out on a work bench.

This ONLY fits 56mm outside diameter pipes. For narrower (46mm inside 50mm outside diameter) pipes we have a 51mm version (clamps sold separately)

Manufactured from flexible, durable rubber, Flexseal’s drain couplings can be used for connecting plain-ended pipes, as well as repairing existing systems. Flexseal also offers a flexible coupler, a unique design that is ideal for connecting pipes with irregular or inaccessible external profiles. This type of coupler works with ease and gives reliable results. On some vehicles, manufacturers place the flexi section immediately before/after a catalytic converter or a DPF. These particular flexibles have to be replaced with a WELD ON flexi as there is no pipe to clamp on to. However, if your car has a flexible with enough straight pipe on each side, you can easily cut the old broken flexible and replace it with one of our CLAMP ON flexi joints.
