On top of that, this album is clearly so deeply personal and vulnerable and it makes it so hard not to connect to it in some way.

My pressing has lots of surface noise and the vocals have horrible distortion to them, especially on Pray 4 Love and Flying High with all the effects, autotune, etc. His great sense of production, conceptualization and the quality of artist he surrounds himself with puts him in an optimal position for continued success, in spite of his lack of lyrical depth and content on a consistent basis.I was fearful of the possibility that there might be some major distortion on parts of the record (particularly with Travis' vocals, for example) but I am happy to report that I did not find any major issues regarding that.

It took some growing on me but I think this is my favorite album Travis has this way of making everything sound amazing no matter what.
