I had been designing & illustrating for HarperCollins for 9 years when they invited me to pitch for this project in 2013. HarperCollins had already published successful Infographic books like ‘Information is Beautiful’ by David McCandless and were considered industry leaders in this genre, their next step was to produce a Bible in this format! This was an unbelievable moment for me to be invited to pitch because usually, the author pursues the publisher, not the other way round. Informative contributions by respected scholars and best-selling authors including Charles Stanley, Randy Alcorn, and Ed Stetzer

It was designed to show there are connections and the beautiful pattern those connections weave. To understand their messages correctly, you need to understand their historical context, and to help you do that, I created a chart that will help you see what prophets preached when.Bio: Conceptual designer, illustrator, and lover of all things paper and ink, Karen Sawrey is passionate about engaging a visual generation with creative ways to see and digest information. Karen Sawrey: Wow, I’m so thankful for everyone involved in creating Bible Gateway. It’s such an incredible tool; one which I regularly use and love. I especially appreciate the ability to compare different translations at the same time. It was a difficult process proving hard to get off the ground, the result of which was HarperCollins asking me to consider taking on the project as a single author. As the revelation of the task before me increased so did the team, it grew from 3 to 7 and at the final count in 2018, 57 people had been involved in making this book possible (see pp 216-217).There is no one right answer to this question since every child is unique and will therefore have different reading levels. In today’s digital age, there’s a renewed interest in tangible, kid-friendly Christian bibles for young learners. Parents and educators recognize the importance of introducing biblical stories to children in ways that are both engaging and easy to understand. This commitment is evident with the plethora of options available for parents, from the classic King James Version (KJV) to more contemporary translations suitable for young readers. Children are able to begin reading full translations of the Bible once they possess the necessary capability to comprehend and accurately interpret its content. Matt Chandler Between running the kids to soccer practice, trying to finish up projects at work and home, and visiting with a friend who really needs a listening ear, it’s hard for women to find time for in-depth, life-changing Bible study. How do we keep our wells full of His word? Thank God for the Faithlife Study Bible. What a resource . . . everything you need right at your fingertips, and it’s FREE! What a gift Logos has given women around the world! That looked like volunteers doing my cleaning, shopping and sometimes cooking for me while my bottom was firmly fixed to my studio seat! But most importantly the project was supported with prayer. (see p218)
