Not only intense applies here as woody spicy (to which genre the belongs has also been edited several times) and I would almost say smoky spicy. At the same time, however, one also finds an 80% indication and a brief Internet search reveals that this is exactly in the gray area between "Extrait de Parfum" and "Eau de Parfum". Mostly 20% is used for intense versions of "Eau de Parfums" and this is even included in the name (not only intense).
