You can scan your stuff free of charge at any of the printers, which are actually multi-function devices. Hold your student ID card on the scanner to log in, then choose Scan on the screen. Select Portrait or Landscape when prompted according to the print job settings you selected when printing. Portrait is default. Phase two of replacing old printers within the fleet will take place from February 2020 and we will communicate further details with Print Champions closer to the time. The print refresh project team will also soon start activities to replace ‘Scan to Home’ with a ‘Scan to OneDrive’ app. You can print to this queue and release your job on any EdPrintPull (follow-me) printer on campus. If your logged on user name does NOT match UUN then either: MyPrint allows you to print from any computer on the BU campus network (or off campus if connected through the VPN), including your own. Once your allocation has been exhausted, a per sheet charge will be applied via the University Convenience Points system. Mobility Print gives you the option of permanently installing our MyPrint queue onto your device. It's a one-time install and then you can send print jobs to our printers from any of your apps.
