I'm not sure if this works fully or just for certain people, but with 2 on my wrists and 2 on my ankles, I still received 18 mosquito bites. However, it should be remembered that they only give localised protection – around the wrists and ankles – so they should be combined with trousers and long-sleeved shirts (or a standard insect repellent on any exposed areas).
