The hull design isn't right for the power either, I'd give up some speed for more stability and handling. If you watch the 'boats in waves' video's, you'll notice there's not a lot of speed involved, running up a wave will throw back the boat at you no matter which speed you go. This is what I found to be the most reasonable fit but yet again this is my first rc boat and it's hard to find props on low budget boats.

And please note that the new FT011 might handle the waves better than either of the other 2 simply because of it's larger size.Extra batteries will extend the fun, but let the craft cool down for at least 20 minutes between races.
