Blue Slate Gin is a juniper-led London Dry gin, rich with spicy pine leading to an elderflower-citrus heart and a long oak and heather-honey finish. What starts out as a blue gin, with the addition of tonic, changes from blue to purple or pink, depending on the pH of the mixer. This turns it a beautiful inky-blue colour but barely alters its taste from our classic London Dry gin.This gin boasts a sweet and floral flavour, reminiscent of the classic British candy, Parma Violets.
