I tried out the Minosharp as soon as it was delivered, and I followed the instructions to use the hard grind for 20 times, then the medium, followed by the fine grind. Because my knife is quite damaged, I had to repeat the process two more times until the chip disappeared.I've only sharpened my knife once since I bought it, and it's still very sharp after 2 weeks! I feel like my global knife is alive again! Just one chop, and my sandwich cuts in half, just like brand new when I first bought it.
