Description

My League’s unique Stratagem, Appraising Glare , maximises the effectiveness of Grim Efficiency, enabling you to mark out a dangerous enemy unit for destruction from the battle’s outset. The courageous warriors of the Cthonian Mining Guilds represent some of the most heavily augmented Kin – unreasonably brave souls who have enhanced the physical capabilities of their cloneskeins with cybernetic upgrades, all the better to extract precious minerals from rad-plagued nebulae, explosive asteroids, and fathomless ocean depths.

Vartijan Exo-drillers have comprehensive suites of sensor equipment, able to detect valuable seams of ore and hostile gangs alike. Equip your MkVI Space Marines with the iconography of the Death Guard with thematic sets of helmets and shoulder pads, giving a brutal, industrial feel to the smooth MkVI Corvus armour. Blood Angels MkVI Upgrades The war against the Death Guard continues, plague begins to ravage the worlds of Ultramar, and undeniable miracles begin to break down Roboute Guilliman’s understanding of the universe even as he denies his father’s divinity. Dark Imperium: The Omnibus – French Edition Give your Kinband the support it deserves with a set of 16 Leagues of Votann dice, cast in semi-transparent plastic with burnished yellow-gold details and the faction logo on the six.* Datacards: Leagues of Votann Hailing from the Cthonian Mining Guild, Beserks are ferocious close combat fighters who load up with augmetics and charge headlong into combat, swinging brutal mining tools fashioned into weapons of war.* SagitaurForge a new Kinhost with Combat Patrol: Leagues of Votann, containing 19 miniatures that total 24 Power Level. It includes a Kâhl who can also be built as the legendary hero Ûthar The Destined, five Cthonian Beserks, 10 Hearthkyn Warriors, and three Hernkyn Pioneers. Ûthar the Destined The Sons of Sanguinius can also get their Mark VI Shoulder Pads this week. Add the perfect finishing touch to your Blood Angels with these 10 resin shoulder pads, all marked with an elegant winged blood drop. Blood Angels MKVI Heads One combo you’ll find especially brutal is to equip your Cthonian Beserks with concussion mauls. These massive hammers may be hard to swing, but when they hit home, they more than make up for it.

So, though as good as the box is, it’s not entirely ready to play out of the box. You’ll need to subtract at least 140 points to make it playable. The key here is that, when a hit roll against a unit with any Judgement tokens activates the Eye of the Ancestors, it also counts as an unmodified wound roll of 6 – exactly what you need to turn your magna-rail weapon from an anti-tank gun into an anti-EVERYTHING gun! With this penalty, your Beserks will usually be hitting on a 4+. It’s no biggie, though – simply drop one Command point on Cyberstimm Infusion and you’ll have re-rolls aplenty.

Army Lists

Lead the sons of Mortarion to victory with the resin Death Guard Legion Praetor. Armed with a power scythe and combi-weapon, this grim fellow cuts his way through followers of the false Emperor like so much wheat. Death Guard Legion Cataphractii Praetor This build is very similar to my own, which is reassuring. Also, look at that win! Over 30 point lead!
