Nozzle Kit for Better Printing Effect】The nozzle kit contains a TC4 titanium alloy throat pipe, an aluminum alloy flat heat sink structure, and a brass nozzle. The printers main selling point is its much larger build volume. Measuring 320 x 320 x 400mm it provides a massive 40,960cm³ of printing room. This is over 254% larger than the Neptune 3 Pro's build volume of 16,065cm³ (its build volume measures 225 x 255 x280mm). This is a substantial print size ability allowing you to print bigger objects in one piece, or many smaller/ standard size items unattended. A sensor for automatic print bed leveling is built into the print head of the Neptune 3 Plus. This makes it possible to level the print bed automatically at the push of a button. Since the print bed is relatively large, the sensor levels the print bed at 49 points. RSG leveling system] The 16-point RSG leveling system with a strain gauge pressure sensor on the print head to record the distance between the nozzle and the hot bed at each point. Once the sensor scans any tiny variations and unevenness, it will automatically compensate each point by adjusting the Z-axis height to ensure the same distance between the print nozzles and the bed (about 0.1-0.2mm). And Neptune 3 comes with a larger build volume of 220x220x280mm than Neptune 2.

This has me rather excited. It is mildly frustrating when the size of your build plate limits your options for designing and printing items. As much as I am unlikely to use the full print volume for a single item in my public projects (I need to ensure others can print the parts on smaller printers) it does allow me to print several parts overnight or build larger items for personal projects. The Neptune 3 Plus is equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen for great usability. 8 different languages are supported: Chinese (Simplified), English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, German and Japanese.
