The EL-1 is for people who need to use it on older cameras without a Multi Function shoe, as well as the newest cameras. All four can shoot bursts at lower power at 20 FPS; the difference is how many frames it can shoot before it loses steam. I will always be grateful that I don’t have to choose between them but, if I were forced to, I would pick the EL1 over anything else I have seen or used because it does so much with such ease.
