In this book we have the continued story Kye and Eliana (Eli). Kye has straddle the fence with his life in the Demons Motorcycle club where he helped Max, the man who was like a father to him build an empire based on illegal activities. However, for 10 years has also always wanted a life with Eli. Now he must choose. Rough Return is book four in the Screaming Demons MC series but Fiona and Grier's first book in this series. Fiona's father Max is ill and wants to make sure his daughter is taken care of and chooses Grier to be the one. This is a fantastic read and a great start to Fiona and Grier's love story. Rough Love - This story finally gives us the answers to the questions that have come up in Books 1-5...almost. I won't reveal any spoilers but I felt that a major story line was never really answered and this was very surprising. With each book in this series, we were given additional parts of the "final" mystery only to find once it is revealed that there are still some question. That being said, I LOVED this ending and this series even with the "missing answers." This amazing MC romance is a fantastic addition to the series “Screaming Demons MC” & the continuation of the story from “Rough Choice #3”into this book “Rough Return #4” is smooth & flawless. The characters (Grier & Fiona) are quite complex individuals & have excellent chemistry between them but at times they are quite confrontational & react with realistic emotions to the unconventional situations they find themselves in. The well-paced plot is intriguing & full of unexpected situations. There are good scene descriptions & world building. I have read other series that do switch to a different character in the following book, but the other characters were still hanging off a cliff and just vanished. I went to the next and the next that followed just pushing off the character the actual series is named after. This series does not. Kye and Eliana found their happiness, but Kye’s bff is still looking for his without sitting here wondering what happened to them.

Finally, the trilogy is complete to start the Screaming Demons MC series! It features Kye and Eliana, aka Eli, and co-stars the hero for the next story. Not that it would have changed my mind, but it wasn’t very clear that this series began with a trilogy, so that is why I am stressing it. This is book 3 and we are with Kye, Eliana and Grier. For this being on the short side of a full novel, so much happens between the covers. Without giving anything away, let’s just say that the journey is a long one for everyone. There is death, near-death, lots of fighting, extreme tension that even I felt, a whole lot of looking over shoulders and some surprises. The Screaming Demons are taking a totally surprising, unexpected turn and I’m excited to find out how it goes. She found her own happily ever after with a martial arts fighter who also happens to be an adorable IT geek! Now, she loves to write about hot alpha males that come with a pretty face and covered in tough-as-nails muscle... who are secretly looking for their true soul mate (shhh…)!This is book one and it features Kye and Eliana. They started out as having one of those beautiful teenage romances but then it took an unexpected detour. Kye is a foster kid and Eli is being raised by a single father who is an alcoholic. They find friendship and more in each other until Kye finds the one thing he’s craved his whole life. A family. A family in the shape of the Screaming Demons MC. Things change and they go their separate ways. It is about: a Screaming Demons MC rider (Sage) is recuperating from being abducted & tortured by the despicable MC riders (the Omens) before being saved by a determined woman (Mia) who is the newest member of the (Hell Kat) Lia has dreams of going to Harvard to become an attorney. Leaving her drunk of a father and this small town and taking Kye with her. I enjoyed reading this book. I love the suspense through out the story, I like the fact that I can never tell what is going to happen next. The relationship between Grier and Fiona is complicated, they both are very proud and do not want to admit their true feelings for each other, for different reasons but the cannot fight the fire between them when they come together. I think someone in the club is trying to set up Grier so they can put a wedge between him and Fiona but will they succeed and for how long. I hope she listens to Sage's advice and trust him because her dad trust him to be her husband, inspite of the fact that he ran and supposedly betrayed them. I find the story interesting, intriguing, suspenseful and gripping. It is also romantic, even with the strained relationship between the two main characters. As a matter of fact, it makes the romance more interesting, because they are so starved for each other due to their denial, they combust, explode you name it. Its just scorching between them when they come together. I cant wait for the next book. The last three stories follow Mia and Sage. The first is, Rough Trip. I loved this story of snarky, secrets-hidden, Mia and the man she is smitten with, Sage…who won’t give her the time of day…yet….There’s betrayal, redemption, excitement, simmering romance, and a very strong female…who’s a bit pushy. LOL But, I thoroughly loved this story. Then we have, Rough Night, Mia loves him…but still can’t stop reliving the past. It’s a heartbreaking journey with these two hopelessly conflicted souls….!!!! Last of the series is Rough Love. He has issues with a past love…and his memory of her always seems to get in the way…with Mia. Now, it seems that things aren’t what they seem with regard to his past…..perhaps the past never dies. What an incredible ending to this phenomenal series!!!

Kye is the bad boy growing up in foster care he always wanted to be part of a family. Life with the Demons MC give him brothers and a sense of family. Even though I make it sound confusing, it all makes a weird kind of sense after you’re done reading. In this book we end with another cliffhanger with Grier wanting to explain to Fiona but he can’t without endangering innocent people. It is about: a deathbed request from the president (Max) of the Screaming Demons MC forces Grier & Fiona to marry each other.

This is an enthralling MC series box-set & if you like reading MC romances then this box-set is for you. Personally, every single book in this series kept me on the edge of my seat & I thoroughly enjoyed reading each of them. Each of them have a well-paced plot filled with unexpected occurrences/situations & has detailed world building with good scene descriptions. The complex characters are quite unique with their individuality & are emotionally damaged to a certain extent but there is good chemistry between them. The secondary characters play significant roles & offered good support throughout the various storylines.
