Description

It couldn't be easier to make this homemade Iced Tea. Fresh ripe juicy peaches are heated with sweetened water and then mashed and strained and added to freshly brewed (and cooled) tea with plenty of ice. If you are looking for new ways to stay hydrated and make water more exciting, then iced tea is the way to go. After 30 minutes remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the whole mixture to cool in the saucepan for at least an hour before straining. Once cooled, strain through a sieve and store the syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month. That's why we like to make this summer favorite at home. It's a great way to control the amount of sugar in each serving. Top each glass with some fresh peach slices, sit on the porch and enjoy to your heart’s content! And yes, this lil’ guy loves iced tea. And no, I don’t mind letting him have the occasional glass!! Add the green tea into a diffuser and place into the jug with the water and peaches. Let steep overnight or for at least 8 hours. Remove the diffuser but leave the peaches in. If you don't like your ice tea sweetened, you can drink it just like this. Step 3

You can also freeze the sweetener and store it for up to 4 months. Since sugar is in its content, it won't freeze into ice cubes. However, you must shake the frozen sweetener and leave it at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before using it. Using alcohol We pride ourselves on long-standing and positive relationships with our suppliers, who are all committed to our ethical trading policy Got a question? While maintaining a healthy diet, I still believe in indulging every once in a while. What’s life without a cold glass of sweet iced tea in the heat of summer, right? The problem when you deny yourself such little treats are that you start to resent food and resent your choices. We don’t want that to happen. These are just a few of the many recipes for cooking on a barbecue, there is so much more than just a sausage or burger to explore. Besides, you can also make sugar-free peach syrup using Stevia. This natural sweetener comes from the leaves of the Stevia plant. It is much healthier than artificial sweeteners like erythritol and sucralose.Cranberry Lemonade– Just mix together three easy ingredients and then garnish with lemon slices, mint, and cranberries!

Each year, the summer season signals the arrival of juicy, sweet peaches. But infusing your recipes with the sweet, unmistakable flavour and rich golden colour of peaches does not have to end when the long days of summer fade. Then, transfer the fruit, sugar, and water to a large, heavy-bottomed pan or skillet and heat over medium heat, bringing to a boil, stirring often until the sugar dissolves. Want to enjoy more perfectly peachy treats? You might also enjoy this raspberry-peach and lemon layered tart, grilled peach burrata salad, or a citrus peach smoothie! The Ingredients Place some ice cubes, the remaining water, and frozen peach slices in a large pitcher. Add the brewed tea, and stir to combine. Once your simple syrup is finished, pour into a bottle or container over a fine mesh strainer to strain out peaches. You can reserve the peaches for later use, such as to place over oats or ice cream sundaes.

Honey - This is how we have sweetened the peach iced tea. You could swap it for maple syrup if you wanted this to be vegan. Place the fruits, sugar, and water into a saucepan. Boil these ingredients over medium-high heat. Let everything boil before going down to low heat. Stir and simmer the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure the sugar and fruits dissolve. Let the sauce cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, use a fine-mesh strainer to separate existing solids from the liquid. You can also blend the mixture to get a smoother sauce. Combine sugar, water, and dicedpeaches in a small saucepan to begin making the peach simple syrup. Once the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes. Mint: add a small handful of mint leaves to the pan. Add more or less to taste. You could experiment with other herbs too:
