Have you found any other gluten free Easter eggs or noticed any changes to this list since it was published? Generally, most of these eggs are found in the seasonal aisle of supermarkets, but you will often find the gluten-free and dairy-free eggs down the free from aisle. Or drop me a comment at the bottom of this blog post and I can add them to this list! Aldi's free from Easter eggs Gluten Free Easter Eggs There are Aero Peppermint Eggs in this post that are gluten-free. But there are other Aero Easter egg variations which are NOT gluten-free. The iconic Ferrero Rocher chocolate and hazelnut flavour in egg form with three indulgent nut croquantes.

You’ll find these products across Morrisons, Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Aldi and M&S. Of course, don’t forget that some can be found in petrol stations, bargain stores etc. Easter Eggs and chocolates that are dairy free I have labelled DAIRY FREE at the beginning of their caption. I will also place these all into a separate post to make it more clear too. Also, 99.9% of the dairy-free products will likely be found down the free from aisle so remember to head straight there if you’re dairy-free. 1. Small Gluten-free Easter Treats As always Asda has a good selection of Easter options this year. They have lots of variety in terms of branded Easter Eggs and equally their free from range is definitely one of the better ones. In Waitrose, you’ll find a few exclusive own-brand eggs that more than make it worth the trip over, but watch out as there are lots of own brand ones that do contain gluten or have may contains too. However, if you’d like a gluten-free Easter sweet treats post including those separately, or a separate gluten-free and dairy-free Easter egg post them please let me know! Ocado always has a good selection of Easter eggs, many of which are gluten free. They also have a good selection of dairy free including some more luxurious eggs from the like of Booja booja that you would not find in supermarkets. Beware of some of the vegan eggs that contain gluten free oat milk. Whilst you might see gluten free oat milk and think they are safe, they in fact are actually ‘may contain gluten’ so are still unsafe. Here you’ll find all your usual mini eggs, small bunnies, Easter-themed chocolate bars and other assorted treats. Most plain chocolate eggs are free from gluten but sadly some have 'may contain' warnings which mean they are not coeliac-safe.

Recipes can change and vary at the drop of a hat so you should always be on the safe side when trying to find ones that are gluten free. You can spread this on toast or a slice of sweet bread, and it also makes a great filling for tarts and cakes. It would make a fabulous orange filling for this lemon meringue pie. Jump to: I’m very specific in this post when I reference which products are gluten-free and safe to eat. So please don’t assume that, just because you’ve seen one product from a particular brand in this post, that every product by the same brand is also gluten-free. Easy to Make:Very easy to make, but I do recommend using a citrus press for ease of squeezing the fresh oranges! You’ll find these products across Morrisons, Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Aldi and M&S – I’ve labelled the specific supermarket where relevant in the caption of each photo.

As I mentioned, most of these are down the seasonal Easter aisle so it can be a literal Easter egg hunt to find the right ones. So make sure you allow yourself enough time to make sure you’ve got the ones pictured which are safe for us to eat. I've broken this blog post into two sections for ease: Gluten Free Easter Eggsand Gluten and Dairy Free Easter Eggs.

However, watch out for supermarket-specific products which you won’t find elsewhere (such as M&S, Morrisons and Aldi products) though I have made an effort to name the specific supermarket in the caption below each photo so you know where to find them. Also, please don’t assume that last year’s products are always gluten-free. Some products such as Smarties Mini Eggs or Milkybar Mini Eggs are no longer gluten-free, even though they used to be ok in the past. Each smooth hollow Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate egg alongside the chocolate fingers comes in a special gifting presentation box complete with a ribbon handle.

Two Twix bars, including one white chocolate and one milk chocolate, covering a layer of caramel and biscuit, alongside a hollow milk chocolate egg. Important note: In 2022 the Mini Eggs Bar was gluten free, but now (2023) it has a 'may contain' warning and is NOT suitable for people with coeliac disease) In Waitrose, you’ll find a few exclusive own-brand eggs that more than make it worth the trip over.

Cadbury Spring Share Chocolate Box (Box of 4)

There isn’t as much on offer for us as there is in Tesco, but you will spot a few eggs here that you won’t find outside of Sainsburys so it’s definitely worth a look.
