My favourite politician and, I hope, a future Prime Minister, describes our country, warts and all and, in doing so, brings into the light those things which need reformatting and those things about which we should be mightily proud. It argues for radical change to the way many institutions operate, government, parliament, BBC, local government, how technology could improve the way the country is run if only they would accept their own shortcomings and lack of knowledge and experience.
