The pictured bottle I found very unimpressive and I also foolishly assumed that the fragrance is exactly the same. But what came to me was something completely different. Initially, the fragrance is rather unisex, however, it develops after a while sweeter and creamier and has more and more of the stated fragrance notes.

It is not so easy for me to describe this olfactory experience now without becoming abusive. To a certain extent handcrafted, it reminds me of the smell (not taste, therefore without mint) of Tictacs which have long been lying in the glove compartment. Tictacs are coated with carnauba wax and perfumed with a sugary synthetic vanilla. And if there's one thing I can't stand. The fragrance blows me constantly around the nose and I feel just heavenly. I find the chestnut gives the fragrance again something very special. He makes on the skin a beautiful development through. Sillage and durability are top. My feeling is that if you like the rich muskiness of Jean Paul Gaultier Classique then you’ll also like This Is Her. Although, there’s definitely more depth to the Zadig & Voltaire fragrance. Somehow it smells sexier, richer, spicier and more exotic than the Jean Paul Gaultier.
