I didn’t really find any major differences so if you’ve already read my S2 Divina reviewthis might all seem a bit familiar to you. I hate this cable, It came kinked, it's heavy, it's a random ugly grey, I could feel this cable so much, the mouse feels constricted with it. I included a picture comparing the S2 almost fresh out of the box to a barely used EC2-B to illustrate this difference. Ambidextrous really just means that it’s a neutral shape that isn’t formed to either a left or right hand.Zowie has existed for just over a decade now, and their mission hasn’t changed since they were founded way back in late 2008: to bring the best competitive FPS gaming gear to the public, without any unnecessary frills or feature bloat. The S2 is an ambidextrous mouse with a pretty compact design and they really hit the mark once again with this shape. Doubly so because the S shape hasn’t been copied to death like Zowie’s FK and EC lines, meaning that it’s still rather unique in today’s market. There’s absolutely no way to hear this during regular usage (certainly not with game sounds coming out of your speakers or headset) so this is an absolute non-issue but I thought I’d mention it.

There’s no rattling, squeaking or any give to the shell when doing the usual ‘shake and pressure’ tests so when it comes to build quality the S2 is as solid as can be. All of those should be good for claw grip though, so you’re definitely looking in the right direction. The colors they chose are pretty out there when compared to regular black color schemes, but they’re not super flashy, if that makes any sense.
