the author did such a good job of not only writing super hot moments but actually created an amazing fantasy world and really in depth charecters. I expected something immediately smutty and was both satisfied yet surprised at the way this book had both high-heat sexual scenes but an overarching slow-burn vibe.

Turns out Minotaur semen is the magic ingredient in Viagra, so as you can imagine, it's liquid gold and highly sought after by pharmaceuticals.But it is a quick read and free on Kindle Unlimited, so if you’re curious about it, I think it’s worth picking up to give it a try. Most of the book is just Violet and Rourke only meeting at the farm, but when they finally start meeting outside of it, it gets to the juicy shit. I found myself laughing at times at just how absurd this premise was and what I was reading on the page – you’ll need a massive suspension of disbelief to sit through it. You get some very descriptive and explicit handjob scenes between them that show off that sexual attraction early on. I read it expecting monster p0rn, somehow though, it was an odd combination of smutty and slow burn! Violet is resolved to make a dent in her student loans and afford name-brand orange juice, and a one-sided crush on an out-of-her-league minotaur is not a part of her plan—unless her feelings aren’t so one-sided after all. I’m starting this review before I’ve even started the book because the difference between the Audible cover, which is the one I saw when I came across this book in a recommendation thread, and the one I got with the kindle download is so striking and just plain funny to me.

All the talk of cows got me confused at first picturing Rourke as a centaur, not a minotaur, and the details weren’t adding up.
