It has that deep complexity of violets (your home girl is a violet fiend), rose, jasmine, black currant, vanilla, and white musk. i don't normally go for *mainly* floral scents as i'm more of a gourmand person, but i like how this dries down and smells a bit like sugar and vanilla.

I use another bottle of this beauty, but this dry down with such a prominent incense to this day I have not felt. And this fragrance also struggles to last an hour on the skin, whereas before a couple sprays would last me all day. but its a mood, i mostly wear this to sleep or after shower to lounge at home as its very comforting scent. Storytime: I'd always wanted to try out this fragrance and when I did today, I was surprised because I was sure I'd worn this fragrance before. This fragrance screams "Kenzo", as much as "Parfum D' Ete" does, and even though they're not similar at all, I still feel that only Kenzo could have created either of these fragrances.Morillas showed Kenzo three perfume trials that he’d been working on; everyone liked the one that Morillas had, by chance, dubbed Pourpre, or purple.

My other review got deleted for some reason; maybe I'll stop cursing, but I still have many a bone to pick with this fragrance. I got this as a free sample as it’s definitely not my type of fragrance but if I hugged someone who was wearing this I’d think they’d smell lovely. The first burst is a little overwhelming on the powder if you haven't smelled it in a while (or ever) but let it settle so it can shine. The longer I wear it the more the spiciness and sweetness from the sweet myrhh and musk provide depth.

I can understand that whoever loves its scent or that feeling considers it an excellent perfume, but for me in terms of aroma it is not, although in terms of performance it was great because it lasted many hours and projected a lot.

KENZO celebrates joyfulness and feeling young at heart, and it is committed to making the world more beautiful. I wouldnt say i like the bottle, it doesnt reflect the personality of this perfume well at all in my opinion. my mother received this as a gift from some relatives but she's a "fresh" fragrance kind of person, thus, it was handed down to me. Initially I was not liking it because it was so strong, but as the day went on, I felt like I still smelled fresh out of a shower.I may change or have alot of other perfumes but this one is my comfort perfume regardless time or occasion.
