River of Light is an outdoor illuminated gallery on Liverpool Waterfront, a 2KMloop, featuring light and sound from local, national and international artists. It’s an honour for me to be working with Culture Liverpool and international artists Atelier Sisu on River Of Light 2023. As a proud Liverpool composer, I’ve created a lot of work that reflects the voice of the city and this project gives me the opportunity to work on a large outdoor installation that will be experienced by thousands of people.” RiverLight 2023 was co-produced for and by the community of Sleaford. Over 50 partners were involved in bringing the festival to life including, tourist venues, businesses, charities, Sleaford Library, community groups, artists, Council’s, and the voluntary sector. Elysian and Elysian Arcs –These two never-before-seen commissions will premiere at this year’s festival courtesy of Sydney-based design studio Atelier Sisu. Encouraging people to find joy in the everyday, a giant inflatable creation will allow people to walk around and through it as colour reacts to light and form. The buildings are organised to accommodate a wide variety of apartments based on two essential types: one-bed apartments with living and bedroom areas wrapped around a single terrace; and two-bed apartments in which the master bedroom shares an additional terrace area divided from the neighbouring two-bed unit.
