I've been following Dr. Shah on social media for a few years already and I always appreciated the consistency of her thoughts on healthy lifestyle. For one, she tells us that nothing is our fault. Repeatedly. Everything is society's fault and we are all helpless. I understand that we live in an extremely sensitive culture where no one likes to take responsibility, but c'mon! Minus one star. STEP 4.
