This product refreshes my skin, though it does not produce any cooling effect. The brand does not claim that but I know some people said it produces this effect. This product itself is light blue and translucent. It looks like a solidified jelly…..I should say it is quite weird. It does not have any smell, which makes the product suitable for people with sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I should say that the overall performance of this product on my skin is poor. The brand claims this product is deeply hydrating and caring. I don’t doubt about that the product is caring, how to prove that? However, I don’t agree with the statement “deeply hydrating”. It does not fit properly to my under-eye shape. Another problem I found when applying this product is that it does not glide easily over my skin and, therefore, it does not apply smoothly. I need to press the product hardly against my skin and that is not what I want for my delicate under-eye area. How does the product feel on the skin? It may be good for very young people or even people in their early 20s. I don’t doubt that. What I think is that this product is not good enough for people over 30.
