Description

Duggee is taking some time out to stroke Enid the Cat, and the Squirrels talk about how much they love animals. Enid gets a bit tired of being petted, however, so the Squirrels go outside to find other animals to show their appreciation to. And although lots of animals don’t really like being stroked, there’s one big brown dog who absolutely loves it. This is the episode where: The Music Video Badge sees The Squirrels have fun playing a song they have made but wish that they could see themselves perform it. Duggee, who has his Music Video Badge, explains to The Squirrels that they can make a music video which tells a story and they can be creative and artistic with its direction. Out of Enid's song, the Squirrels were doing things to where they should have their music video, have something unexpected to it, and they practised before the video begins. Then, soon enough, after Enid finished his song, the Squirrels have finished their music video, and asks the narrator if he can watch it, and he said yes. And then, they play their recording of the music video, which revolves about acorns and how they need to grow. The narrator said it was brilliant, and the Squirrels earned their music video badge. After the Squirrels went home, the episode ends with Enid singing his song again. Hey Duggee often features pop-culture references that delight kids and amuse the grown-ups too. Nods to pop royalty in the past has led to support from musical legends as varied as The Cure, Orbital (Hey Duggee paid homage to both in the Mixtape Badge episode) and Hot Chip, who feature in the A Capella Badge episode as an animated quartet of birds called Hot Cheep. Recently, Hey Duggee teamed up with Hot Chip’s Felix Martin to create ‘Hey Duggee: Summer Fun Mix’. In that same scene, one of Duggee's badges was missing in a split second, and the Squirrels were out of their cushions.

On the whiteboard, there was a drawing that has a partly eaten doughnut, but it was not been said yet, until Roly said "Eating doughnuts!". Duggee’s cat Enid lives in the clubhouse and occasionally joins in with whatever the Squirrels are doing, although she’s just as likely to lie down and sleep, or chase the Naughty Mice.Since launching in 2014, Hey Duggee has become a seven-time BAFTA and international Emmy award-winning hit. It was the most streamed CBeebies show on BBC iPlayer in 2022, the third year in a row it topped the list. All episodes of Hey Duggee are available exclusively on BBC iPlayer in the UK. Additionally, Hey Duggee has amassed over 2.5 billion lifetime views on its official YouTube channel. At one point, after Enid finishes the third part of his song, there was storyboard images for this episode, meaning that this is a fourth wall break, not counting anyone interacting with the narrator. Possible plot hole: Even though Enid sings in meows, no one, until Duggee at the end of the episode, heard him, not even a tiny sound.

She loves to purr, likes to sleep and even being stroked to Duggee's arms. She chase around to the Naughty Mice when ever she feels it. At the start of the episode, Happy is watching his goldfish, when he realises it’s time for Squirrel club. What did we learn? The Squirrels are having fun playing a song they made, but they wish that they could see themselves perform. Duggee has a great suggestion, and they learn how to be creative. When Happy said "Gloves!" as one of the options for the music video he, Duggee and the rest of the Squirrels will be doing, the closed-captions mistake " Gloves!" for " Waves!".
